Scare at the local gun show

The club I belong to put on a gun show here in Newcastle, they were short of volunteers so my wife consented in helping me with security at night.

After noticing the high prices and scarcity of ammo and reloading components during the first night I seen my wife talking to the guy running the show. She was inquiring about the possibility of getting a late table rental. Seems she knew of a good supply of reloading components and figured she could make a killing. She said my shop would be a gold mine. The guy running the show thought it would be a great idea and told her she could have a table up front.

Damn if those two didn't have me going for a while.

I actually got a sinking feeling in my stomach when I started reading your post. "No way, she wouldn't do that.... she should know better...." Whew, glad they were just pulling your leg.
