Just received a S&B. It as MTC locking turrets. I tried to lock the elevation turret but it wont budge. Turns just fine but it wont lock. The windage turret was stiff but once I locked and unlocked it a few times its fine. I'm sure it will get easier over time, Now back to elevation turret. It will not budge. Is there some sort of trick that I'm overlooking. I thought it was just pull and push. I pushed to the point it hurts me finger tips. Considering its brand new scope I figured it might be stiff but not like this. I'm not trying to break out tools or anything and damaging the scope. Has anyone experienced this. Its a 5-25x56 model.
