I am looking to get a scope for a AXMC - I will buy the 308 and 338 barre, ls too but mostly shooting .300 WM .

Any input will be greatly appreciate it.

(I was thinking ATACR™ 7-35×56 F1), I am sure there are other options to choose from

ive become a fan of higher magnification over the past 2 years or so.

i picked up a 5-45 SB from here about 3 weeks ago with the T3 ret. i think it was $4200

reallly nice

can dial it down for distance work if it heats up, but i crank it up when shooting in close with my 6br barrel on it.

it feel like cheating above 30X, i dont even put out targets within 2-300 yards. at 45 i aim at other holes in the paper.
at 100 yards i aim at the staples that other people left on the target board.

but for 4K you can get a serious piece of kit, im a fan of NF. have 4-5 on different rifles.

havnt had one shit the bed yet

I'm sure I will be in the minority, but I'd vote Bushnell XRS2. I've got two of them I have been super happy with, including shoot out to 1700 with my 6.5 SAUM. Plus it's hard to argue with the scope used to win King of 2 Miles last year.

If you're going to be switching calibers regularly, do yourself a favor and call CS Tactical and grab a Tangent Theta on their $3995 special deal. Re-zeroing after the barrel switch takes seconds and doesn't require any tools!

Catch me up on this "no tools using TT scope" please... Just TT on AX-MC or ?

I'm in the same boat - just got an AXMC during the sale. Went with TT525p and Sphur 4003b mount.
Same here... They said they have it on hold for me. Just waiting for my FFL to send them the info. I really like the NF but I read some good reviews on the TT525p .... and yes definetely I will get the sphur 4003B Mount... I just have to see who can help me on the web site. I would like to give my business to some members...

You don't really need the B-series Spuhr mounts. The dimensions of the Tangent Theta turret housing don't require it by any means.

I have both 4002 and 4003b, although 4002 fits, the rings are too close to the center, while 4003b looks better, and provide more supper towards the end. So both works, but IMO at same price, 4003b is a better option.

I agree both would work, but remember that the important accuracy/precision stuff is in the middle - that's what you logically want to support and keep stationary.

Technically it's all splitting hairs though. Either would indeed work just fine.

At $4k I’d get a TT.

Between $3-4K I’d get a NF 7-35.

Less than $3k I’d get a Minox 5-25.

Between $2-3k it would be a Schmidt 5-25.

Around $2k nothing can touch the Razor 4.5-27.

From $2k to $4k, the difference is about 10-15%.

I decided to go with TT scope.

I never handle one, never seen one, I live in Phoenix and don't know any guys that carry them in stock.

I am looking to get
5-25x56mm model TT525P - H59
OR
5-25x56mm model TT525P - GEN 3 XR R

What is your guys opinion on this and why. Any feedback will help. I really don't want to spend so much money and to be sorry at the end of the day. I been saving for a while to buy the best and I would really like to have my rifle put together by the end of June if it will be possible :)

I would throw in a Delta Stryker HD 5-50x56 SFP $1,595.00 its a great scope and at that price you could get a lot more ammo to shoot . but there are a lot of other choices all fine scopes .

Gonna have trouble finding a gen3xr by the end of June unless you find someone selling one used.

Also both with be above $4k unless you find a hell of a deal.

I’d throw zcomp 527 in the mix as well. But you may also have trouble getting one by end of June unless maybe an mpct1 reticle.

I’d look into the reticle options of the tangent, zcomp, and Schmidt and base your decision off the reticle first. Then work backwards on features if the same reticle is offered or you like different ones equally.

I think I sold you the S&B! Glad you are enjoying it! For the poster, I am really impressed by the NF 7x35..::now TT is a whole different animalI agree S&B and AI look good together but TT would be my choice for clarity and NF 7x35 for power without getting bulky..,,
