The KAC 30MM Scope Mount comes with the below screws, however they are hex head. Every time I get to 15in/lbs the heads start to strip.

My question is - is there anywhere to get the same screw with a TORX head? I have tried Fastenal and McMaster however they don't have anything close. Any suggestions?

If the heads start to strip at 15in/lbs I would call KAC and say "what the fuck". You can check out Brownells, Grainger and the multitude of hardware stores on the internet. Are they #6, #8's etc. ? Thread pitch? Screw length?

yes 100% there, defiantly 15in/lbs on a borka - yes it's the right allen key, using the one that came with the borka set.

Do not discount the idea that you may have english and metric mixed. I have seen several adjustable combs on trap stocks that had the allen head set screws rounded out because of this. There is just a few thousands of an inch difference between some english and metric sizes, just enough to allow rounding under torque. The smaller wrenches are too small to see the sizes printed on them if they have sizes on them at all. The European stocks use metric and the American custom adjustable combs are usually english. That is why I hope all gun and optic fasteners go to torx. Torx sizes are universal.
