I can see why you asked the question. Unless there's an repeatable issue with sight picture, scope rotation, turret tracking, mount loosening.... there's no real concern.
I think one might be able to argue the placement of the front ring is too far forward. At that we would break down into some aspects of the physical forces applied during firing, how often do you need to remove the hand guards, etc etc etc....Someone could offer the suggestion to use a different mounting base to tie the hand guard mount rail to the upper mount rail.
