I have a SuperSniper 3-9FFP that has mil/mil adjustments. If I zero my scope at 100 yards, is there a way to make the reticle say 0 on windage and 0 at elevation so that it's not some random number and I can adjust easier. What is .1 mil at 100 yards?

Your scope manual should tell you how to zero the turrets.
0.1 mil at a distance of 100 yards is 0.36 inches.
1 mil at any distance is 1/1000th of the distance, or .001 of the distance, so 0.1 mil is .0001 of the distance.
100 yards is 3600 inches, so 3600 * .0001 = 0.36 inches.
