Seekins SP10 and LMT DMR stock compatibility

Wondering if anyone can tell me which buffer and spring will work for an SP10 and the LMT DMR stock, given that the LMT DMR stock uses a carbine tube.

For my 6.5 SP10, I pulled the spring and buffer and am using a JP SCS H2.

My SP10 has a rifle buffer tube. Sorry I don’t have a LMT.

I would start with Tubb's 308 spring. I use it on my otherwise stock MWS (my mws came with the LMT DMR stock). Tubb's spring was a huge improvement over the stock spring. Larue has the best price ($20).
