Received the wrong item in an order. Emails not answered and phone calls not answered. Two weeks of trying is too long. Anyone know how to get ahold them?

I know you have been trying to weeks you say but atm i believe most of the entire industry is in Las Vegas at SHOT show.

SHOT Show, gearing up for SHOT, and the overall craziness of the whole damned industry right now has led to comms issues. Not making excuses for Glen or anyone else in the industry...it just is what it is. Try getting in touch through the usual channels mid-next week, or you can try via a PM to Glen here on the Hide (user name: heatseekins) OR there is a thread active in the semi-auto section that Glen has been stopping by and posting in re: Seekins' status with projects, production, etc. You might drop a quick post in there that you have a CS issue that you need to talk to someone about as you have not heard back from other attempted comms by e-mail and phone.
I know it sucks to have an issue and not be able to get through to anyone, but be patient. Glen and all at Seekins are honest, hardworking folks and if there's an issue, I assure you it will get taken care of.

We just got to emails that ame in on the 7th..I think there are 900 more! We are answering them as fast as possible. The phones are so overwhelmed that its very hard to get thru even to the answering machine. I would ges we get 10 calls per minuet right now. We even put a disclaimer on the front page of the website to help mitigate this.

Side note, wife said both my orders are at the house now....can't wait to get home, put 'em on the rifle and head back to the range.
