Visited the Church of the Long Gun this morning and tried out my H1000 loads in 300 WM using 208 grain Hornady Amax bullets in Winchester Brass with Win LRP. This is at a distance of 100 yds.

76 grains produced a 1" group at 100 yds
76.5 rains produced all 5 shots inside the diameter of a dime at 100 yds
77 grains netted a 1" group again
77.5 grains opened up to almost 2" at 100 yds
78 grains tightened back up to an inch.

Recoil was much more noticeable as I went up in powder load. The 76.5 grain load was very manageable and I was able to see my shot placement when prone.
