personally, i wouldnt take the chance. nor would i ask a legal question about something that could land me in hot water. with califuck-ya’s ever changing gun laws, i wouldnt risk fucking with it. a “risk versus reward” kinda thing.
A rifle stock? Does it have a serial number? CA restrictions: mags over 10 rounds, ammo must go to FFL, and serialized parts. Pretty basic. Hell, I have a new rifle en route from one of the smith’s I use currently. Right to my front door. You can ship shit to California.
