shooting spots around Joplin

Am trying to relocate to the area and wondering what the scene is like. My wife and her family are from the Nevada/Sheldon area so looking at getting closer to home.
Any info appreciated.

The only public range i know of is Andy Dalton in Bois D'Arc Mo. There is also Springfield benchrest club in Billings mo. Springfield benchrest rifle club is private.
