This video corroborates the 18-30 mph wind speed at the time of the shot. Shot seemed true minus the wind factor.
The smaller Trump flag shows brisk wind speed at the 14 ro 16 second point.
Most likely without both the wind & the head turn, Trump would be dead. Lucky guy, and hopefully is the next president

What I'm implying with the above is that it seems even more likely he had handlers getting him into the spot to take out Trump, rather than just some random with a gun that isn't much of a shot (like the media has thus far portrayed him as)

I was at the match at MKM on Saturday and the winds were super light (for MKM) for most of the day. The winds picked up significantly in mid afternoon.
OK, I watched your video. What I saw was a bunch of women with long hair, not a single hair moving in 30 mph wind. I saw a dude off to the left with long hair not well combed, a few strands of which are sticking almost straight out occupying the left and top left of the screen for several seconds, and each single hair is stationary. Can wind not move hair? Did we see Trump's hair blowing around? Anybody's hair? Then I look at the, what, 17? Seventeen flags under the snipers. The cloth of each one is stationary. Maybe they are not cloth. Maybe they are cast out of plaster and painted to look like imaginary flags. What does a flag do in a steady wind? What about a 30 mph gust?
I do see the giant flag on the crane up above moving as if in a gentle breeze, but that is quite a bit higher up, and there is almost always an air current as you move higher, away from the ground, which is why wind turbines are installed so far above the ground - even the small home models go up on towers.
So I do not have any secret inside knowledge, and I am not disputing AB, or even you. I am just pointing out what I observe on the video up the 16 second mark that you asked us to watch for signs of wind.
I watched it as you asked, and that is what I can see with my own eyes on the video up to the time stamps you provided.

THIS needs to be done for the Butler shooting (multiple audio + all the other questions). Mindy Robinson's documentary on Vegas knocked it out of the park! It was an M240,they used helos and multiple shooters.

Shot 6 (in his video @ ~20 minutes) is likely the local LE sniper who is now reported to also have taken a shot but missed. Explains why the sound came from the left of the stage and slightly further away. If they fired more than one shot, they haven't changed the story to reflect that yet.

Go to 1:20-ish in the video then watch for a few seconds and you see those flags ripping in that 30mph gusting wind ... or not.
If they were tied down at the corners they would be billowing in the wind like sails on a boat.
At about 1:30-ish you'll see the bottoms of the flags swing freely in what might be a short 5mph "gust".
If true this is crazy and no way a 20 year old has 3 encrypted bank accounts without outside help.
Going to go out on a limb here and say I think they mean "cryptocurrency" as the original statement of "encrypted accounts" makes little sense.
