I am new to the world of Semi-Auto rifles and I have a Sig 716 Patrol that is relatively new with perhaps 300 or so rounds through it. In addition to adding a Battle Comp compensator, I removed the collapsible Magpul ACS stock and replaced it with the Magpul PRS stock, complete with new buffer, tube and spring. This reduced the recoil enough to where my wife actually enjoys shooting it, but nearly every round has become a failure to feed. The empty casing is ejected and the next round is picked up, goes almost all the way into the chamber but not quite. This was not a problem prior to the stock switch. Also, I noticed the ejected casing doesn't seem to shoot out as far as prior to the switch. What gives? I don't want to go back to the ACS stock as it is not nearly as fun to shoot, but a FTF on nearly every round is not fun either.
