To upload realtime telemetry (video or whatever else) would be the electronic equivalent of wearing an EPIRB. Do you really want to broadcast a continuous signal where any dipshit with a DF can triangulate your position and call fire on you?

Someone posted something for Hooker tactical earlier. You might want to check out that site as I think it has what you might be looking for?

Being from the UAE you have other legitimate avenues that you can use to get this information but it will take longer.
