Some folks make it through the cracks, but they are rare this day and age.

I would suggest he contact the RECRUITERS from the companies he is hoping to hire with. He may find that they aren't really interested unless he has been an active duty military sniper.
Those contracts are pretty competitive and there are quite a few BTDT guys who compete for them.
It would kind of suck for him to spend money on a school that won't do him any good.
I don't know how much of a void the new WPS contracts caused, so he may get lucky, but it pays to do your homework.</div></div>
