Snipershide not sending registration emails?

Buddy of mine is trying to sign up here since I keep telling him about it.
Anyway he tried twice to register but never received the email for registrtion verification.

Anyone?

It's his ISP that blocks it, only about 1/4 of the emails are not received, I manually approve them, usually about every other day.
