My last company official policy was first offense of sexual harassment was a warning in your file. Never did rack up that trophy.
I was accused of sexual harassment once, read the complaint and told the HR guy, here's $10, buy her a dictionary, in fact here's, $20, get yourself one too. Her complaint said sexual harassment, but she said I didn't like her because she was a woman. Honestly, I didn't like her because she was a lazy dumbass.
I made it a rule to always have a witness, nice Asian lady who hated every other woman we worked with, she was the best person to have on your side, she'd do the telling off to save your ass.
Thank god I'm a truck driver, no problems with that shit.
If they complain about me being sexism or racist they say: yeah well he is a truck driver, what do you expect?
