Spartan Precision AIAX Barrel

Mark at Spartan Precision did two barrels for my AIAX in 6.5 mm CM. I don't normally coat my barrels because I feel they are expendable items. Mark did a great job. After I broke the barrel in I fired 10 rounds at 100 yards sitting on a bench. They were all within a 1/2" group. I am sure the rife will shoot around 3/8" group. I am extremely pleased and I recommend Mark for any gunsmithing requirements.

Marc did my AX too, it HAMMERS!! 5th place in Louisiana Tactical Challenge with it, kicked ass on the thumbtack stages. Sadly the positional stuff took me down a few places, can't blame those misses on Marc!

All I shoot is factory ammo Hornaday 140 gr A max I don't reload rifle ammo

What barrel brand, contour, and twist did you use? I am thinking about having Marc do 6.5CM rebarrel for me soon.

Marc's a stand-up guy and produces nothing but top tier stuff in my experience. He took my old Big 5 special ADL and transformed it into a tack-driver of a 30-06, same hole groups with some cheap-o off the shelf Corelock 165g, when doing my part.

Would post some eye candy, but he's working the trigger over for me at the moment.
