Any tips on how to get stable on the lower rung/rod on this prop? Every time I shoot off the lower portion I cannot keep the reticle from " swinging" up and down and i feel forced to time my shot which I do not like.
I stole this picture off a google search.

If using a game changer flip it tits up and snug into the 4x4, support hand braced against the 4x4 while applying downward pressure on the scope rings or diving board attachment on the rings if so equipped. Depending on your level of fitness you may be able to get some contact with your knee/lower leg or depending on stage rules use a pump pillow for elbow support against the ground. if neither are an option begin removing the amount of shoulder pressure until things settle down... That all assumes this is to high for prone or prone is ruled out.

A trick I discovered for high prone where my firing elbow can't quite reach the ground is to take my support hand, ball it up, and put it under my firing elbow. Instant stability for the rear of the rifle.
