Steiner is top level with the big boys, USO, Schmidt and so on comparing glass, build ect with a slightly lower price tag. You won't be dissapointed.

our experience with the Steiner scopes so far has been nothing but positive. as he said, they are in the same ball park as schmidt and bender, kahles, and the other high end brands

Those scopes don't have any tunneling, at all. And the eye relief is enough that if you get scope bit you are failing at the range or blind. I have the 4-16 model and at 16x I still have 3.5 inches of eye relief. No worries.

Just so you are aware there is one of the exact model you are looking at forsale here. Don't know him but his asking price will save you quite a bit for a slightly used scope.
