I've got a pretty new Thunderbeast 30P-1 for shooting my .308 DMR.....I bought an adaptor from DBMG so I could shoot my m4 with my 308 can.
Unfortunately, I was able to easily screw the adaptor into my can about halfway and then it just locked up...very strange...I mean it went from spinning normally to locked up TIGHT in less than 1/8 of an inch. Now, I cannot either screw it in further or attempt to back it out.
So, I am quite upset at DBMG being that I know the cans threads are up to spec because it fits like a glove on the threads on my LWRC.
I spoke with Zak at Thunderbeast and being the great guy he is he will be taking a look at it and fixing it for me. Not sure who I should use for an adaptor. Any other reccomendations for thread adaptors?
Thunderbeast - you guys just rock. Hope yall can easily fix my can because I love it.
DBMG - Not impressed with the quality to which your threads were made. I will be in touch with someone over there to discuss the issue on Monday.
Just letting yall know....beware of DBMG thread adaptors for your cans. Mine was stanless btw.
Cheers.
