I was down and out today because the rings I have to mount my 10X Super Sniper on my EBR build weren't high enough. So I had to do something.
I recalled when using my 20X (currently mounted on my Barrett M99) at a recent match that I constantly had to look around at the end of the turrets to get the proper direction of travel to make adjustments. I've got one of those cheap label makers from Wally World and found a font and border combo that would work for mini directional labels.
I printed out the labels and since the turrets cover 15 MOA I placed one at 0, 5, and 10 on the scale. Pretty much visible from any angle. Now I can stay behind the scope with the rifle shouldered and still make adjustments. The labels aren't waterproof so maybe a thin strip of packing tape will seal 'em up.
What do y'all think?
