I know it's unnatural, visible from space when viewed with night vision, and if it catches on fire it drips, etc, etc. . . If any of you have used Synthetic "jute" string in a ghillie have you found it snags any less than real jute?
The stuff I've used is fireproof (biggest reason I used it), but the good stuff blends in really well. The downside is that it snags probably more than natural jute. On another positive for it, it doesn't leave a trail of torn off jute fibers. It's been a while since I bought any, so I don't have a link. I think the light olive was the most useful color. A lot of the other colors are just unnatural.
