I was thinkin more along the line of mounting it to my AR and busting coyotes . I'll check out the Contour though, thanks.
I'd be careful with Contour...Rumor a few months ago was that they shut down operations completely. GoPro would probably be the safer bet.
my only gripe with these cameras is that there isn't any/enough zoom to really get any action. if your hunting coyotes your more likely to shoot them out at 50yds or more. I just filmed a deer hunt with my gopro and at 20yds you can't see what happed. looks like I was 100yds away. now if you want a camera to mount to your motorcycle helmet or on the cage of your rzr the gopro is the way to go. I would recommend getting a tripod and a nice camera.

A buddy bought the Go Pro to film a hunt. He found it worked poorly for good video at distance. You could hardly see the big black bear he shot in the vid.
any of the gopro style cam are only good for cbq distances...
if u want distance, get a 80x optical zoom hd cam on a tripod
