Tapered scope base for AR platform

MY search has found nada. Please, who makes and sells a 20-30 minute base for the AR platform... Thanks in advance.

Badger Ord has a 22 MOA base.

DTA has sloped scope ring's / base combos,

AI has a picatinny mount with 28 MOA in it.

Larue also makes different mounts with 10MOA up to 30MOA cants.

NF has a 20 moa one piece mount in addition to the others.

WOA has a 15 MOA base.
