Because I accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior, I know that I won't have to face that judgement. Yet just reading that passage cause a chill to go down my spine. People think that they are getting away with evil now but will have eternity to feel the pain.
We think 70-80 years, an average lifetime is long. We think 100 years is a long time. Imagine 1000 years in a burning lake. That's like the tick of a second hand on a clock compared to eternity.
I've met burn victims before but never asked about their experiences. I never asked because I didn't want to put them through the experience of reliving the pain that they went through.
Imagine the most intense pain a person could suffer for a thousand, million, billion or trillion years. There won't be any pride months in hell.

I actually read Kyle's book, recently. The only reason that he had that shirt that day is because his assigned body guard got him some regular street clothes to replace the jail togs and that is what the guy could find. And so, he was brought to meet Ricky Schroder, who was helping to raise funds for his defense.
Wearing that shirt was not a political statement. And Kyle has had no involvement before or after with BRCC.
