The only way you’ll see me even put steak sauce on a steak is if it’s complete shit and I need to cover the taste lol and I may have done that once as an adult ketchup never. Steak sauce on burger though, now we are talking.
Butter if anything at all. Also if you order your steak anything over medium rare punch yourself in the face. When I say med rare I mean more towards the rare side of things.

I don't eat a steak out often, but have noticed med-rare is not universally understood. Any kind of chain type place will bring a med steak. Higher end restaurants will usually get it close.
I usually order medium rare, as i can eat a medium steak or a rare steak. I Just shoot for the middle and hope for the beat.

Raw ground beef is still a bit much for me, too. That’s about it though. I’ve mis-judged my cook times on a really thick steak and it was still cool in the middle but it was still delicious

when i lived in the uk, the locals were aghast to see me scoop up peas.
*i think they invented mushy peas because they all secretly thought it was stupid.

My favorite way of eating peas is to dump that fucking shit in the compost pile and eat a bloody(the limey adjective and the literal way) ribeye
One of my cousins was in England for 2 years on a church mission. When he came back he lined up his peas on a butter knife and ate them off of it. It was weird. Don't think he does that anymore.
