Every thing said here, this is great advise. If you truly want a backpack/bug-out bag, something you could truly rely on. This is it.

A few recommendations, if I may:
1) what are you going to eat (besides lead) from this kit? You need SOMETHING to keep you moving, get an MRE or something in there ASAP!
2) Where is your water capacity? You need not carry a large qty to start out, but you need to have a means of storage and replenishment. Does your pack have bladders? That nalgene is not enough capacity.
You also need a means of purification other than the tabs since they are finite in quantity (and can also cause GI 'distress' for some people, so try them now before you need them). I recommend a sawyer one-point filter, since they have the longest life for the price IMHO.
3) Three handguns? Seriously? One is plenty, swap out the others for mags. If you must have a second, stay with the same caliber. I know it's tempting to cover all the bases thinking you can scavenge ammo, but that is fantasy.
4)the bowie knife is absurdly oversized. It will not help you survive off the land, and it won't help you win a knife fight either because it's unwieldy. Go with a medium sized fixed blade for survival purposes (KaBar, etc.) and a good pocket knife (Benchmade, SOG, CRKT, etc.)
5) You don't need 3 flashlights, and least of all ones that use d-batteries. This is due to size/weight concerns. Choose a nice bright LED light that uses conventional AA/AAA batteries. Fenix has many good selections, as do other makers. Get a nice one, even if it means paying more.
6) The AK is a fine platform as a battle rifle, don't cripple its utility with a cheap scope. I would recommend you relegate that one to a .22 and go with the red-dot or a 1-4x scope. Vortex has a couple nice dots out now which are a more durable design than what you've got (aimpoint style), and there are may suitable 1-4x choices from budget to spendy. Something like the leatherwood 1-4x would be a fine choice.
7) where are your socks? Dry feet are priority one IMHO.
Remember, less is more. Less clutter leaves more room for staples: water, ammo, food. Less weight means more comfort, more distance before fatigue, and more performance in the field. </div></div>
