Well, we're going to need some additional information. Do you (I mean, your friend ?) think in inches or centimeters? Do you have 10 fingers, or only 8? Do you shoot with others or mostly alone? But, regardless of what units the reticle is graduated in, you should definitely get MOA adjustments, because 1/4 MOA is a finer adjustment than 1/10 mil.
