Don't forget Wild Dog.
Also there's a company here in Norway called KKC that makes a laminate stock.

Re: Tikka T3 Aftermarket Stock

You can use just about any Mcmillan tactical stock. If you buy one uninletted..Masterclass Sports in Brookfield, CT 203-775-1013 will inlet it and bed it for you. The owner, MO, is a top Highpower shooter and he shoots a T3 in 6br. He has done a number of Tikka T3 and 595's and I have seen and handled them and he does a first class job at a pretty darn reasonable price. He will also rebarrel Tikkas.

good luck

I would never buy a Mcmillian stock just on principle.

When I called them to see if they inletted for the Tikka T3, the guy asked me why I didn't buy a real rifle. I have no time for people or companies with that attitude. I'll get along just fine without them.

On the other hand, Tom Manners at Manners Composites is one of the best people I've ever done business with. I had one of the very first Tikka stocks he made and he bent over backwards to get it to me.

Pete Lincoln at Roedale Precision is also very good people.

Remember, some of this is more than hardware, it's customer service and relationships.

Re: Tikka T3 Aftermarket Stock

Wow! I can't believe Mcmillan said that. That's piss poor customer service! Tikka's have about the smoothest action of any factory rifle and from my experience and some friends...one of the most accurate out of the box rifles available. Screw them.

It may have just been the guy I happened to talk to on the phone, but I wasn't in the mood to be gracious after being spoken to like that. Especially when the contrast with Manners was so stark.
