Timney trigger reset issue

My Seekins sp10 came with a Timney trigger. I have had it about 4 months and a couple times when I first shot it the trigger failed to reset. I chalked it up to gas issues as I was still adjusting gas.

Fast forward today I have 700 ish rounds down the tube and it failed to reset the trigger about ever 3-4 shots over about 35-40 total rounds fired. It cycles fine ejects fine it just won’t reset the trigger for the next shot.

Any ideas what may be the issue? Is this an over travel issue.

I have not touched the over travel screw as it has the red anti tamper stuff on it.
