I am up in the mountains of CO out of phone service, so I can't call NF for help. Can someone tell me how to get the elevation turret cap to seat the last 1/4" or so after zeroing the scope and setting the zero stop on a NF NXS 8x32 MOA scope? I have other NXS' and ATACR's and this has been a constant source of frustration for me. They act like there is an air lock, slowly bouncing back up after downward pressure is applied. I have backed one of the set crews back out (in the past) to negate any trapped air, but all this results in is an occasional lost set screw. Many times I will finally get it to slide down to about the 5th revolution mark and that is as far as it will go (as in one of the 2 I sighted in yesterday). I surely must be ignorant of some simple technique that everyone else knows. Help please!
