looking for new shoes for my Jeep? The Toyo holds the lead because I can get it in softer ride P/metric and Atturo is LT only so E range loading.

No. I’ve done 15 years of “crawling” in caterpillar. I explore and “overland” 33” is the biggest I’ll ever look at.
No. I have a company truck. TreadWrights look good, but I’ve read some poor reviews on them. I would like the BFG knock-offs.
I had Atturo trail blades MTs on my Ram for 2 years, not tried the XT though. They were shitty in rain, which is every day here.
They were ok in deep snow, and pretty good in mud. They were a little sketchy on steep, snow covered mountain roads, due to a tendency to slide sideways when they started to spin. Mine lasted about 40,000 miles. They were loud as fuck too, but got 19mpg highway, 14 in town.
I'm using Duratracs now, which have a reputation for being easy to puncture. They are however the best tire I've ever used in deep snow and on steep snowy mountain roads, but they pretty much suck at most everything else. I'm getting 14mpg, both highway and town driving with Duratracs.
I think the Toyos are probably much better tires than the Atturo, and more $$. They're probably also a better general purpose tire than the Duratrac for a similar price.
Toyo Open Country tires I've used n the past were hands-down better tires than my Atturos, and better than my Duratracs in mud, and a little better on wet pavement. The Duratracs are better in snow.
The Atturos and Toyos I mentioned above were E load range 33 12.50r20s. My current Duratracs are 305 55r20. Apparently Goodyear recently went full-retard on the SJW crap, so next time I'll go back to Toyo, or maybe try some Cooper's.

I am leaning towards the Toyo AT 3 for sure. I hate how the duratracks look. They look hideous to me lol. Subjective I know.
You'll probably be happy with the Toyos. If I had it to do over, that's what I would have got. It's the most common tire I see on the logging roads here in the north cascades, likely for good reason.
I love my Duratracs for about 2 months out of the year. They're beasts in snow and mostly seen on the Canadian logging company fleet trucks around here. The rest of the year, they're just ok at best.
Yeah. The Toyo comes in p/metric like “4ply” c load rated. Softer sidwalls. E rated tires on a wrangler? Yikes. No thanks. Lol

I’ve run the AT Toyos on a suburban and a 3/4 ton. Never again. Fell apart in chunks on MT gravel roads. Maybe a lighter vehicle would be fine. I’ve had friends run the MTs and really like them.
Put the Toyos on a Tacoma and they are wearing great, but noisy as hell. Like they designed em with mud tire noise in an all terrain. I just can’t kill em in order to replace em...
Look at the tire weight. Lots more steel and rubber in an E. Lots harder to puncture.
The CJ-7 in my garage wears E rated mud tires. I just keep them around 20 psi and they ride fine. As a bonus you can pull the valvestems and drive home slowly if needed be.
I've had enough flats on gravel with p-rated tires I'll never buy anything but E, so I may be biased.
Getting the Toyo's myself but our applications are worlds apart. I like the Toyo's 3 Mountain rating for the snow but the last Nitto set that was rated the same slipped on wet roads fairly easy. We will see how they last.....My current Toyo RT's are ready to go with PLENTY of miles on them, well over 45k.
Im on my 2nd set of toyo RT's and im in love with them. I couldn't believe how quiet they were and how well they rode. I doubt i move to a different tire.
I had a set of the warden pattern. I put 50k on them while used as a dd/slash off-road vehicle. Drove to WA and back to TN. On my 5500lb land cruiser lockers front and rear and 5.29 ring and pinion. The only thing I noticed wasthe side walls towards the end were a little dry. They still had useable tread left when I retired them. Had to plug one because a stray .357 case punctured it. Those tires wereon the cruiser for 5 years.
The reason I ended up with a pair is a friend with an extender can yota had 70k on a set.
But I have seen bad reviews including one of a high speed blowout, but my cruiser didn’t go over 50mph often.
Any TJ,LJ or JK will suck riding on "E rated" tires as a daily driver.
Go to any Jeep forum and ask this question and see what happens.

the ones on the excursion have 20-30k miles on them and are still fine...they don’t wear like the nittos...will totally buy again.

I don't need people on Jeep forums to say they suck at 35psi.
My cj does just fine on 20psi. At 35 they're noticibly hard.
Tougher would be my choice for an explorer type setup. P-rated are fine until you destroy a few.

Jeeps don’t have enough power for E rated tires, too much rotating mass will stall them 
Toyo’s are good tires, bit I won’t run anything less than 10 plus on anything I own. I have couple friends that run General Grabbers, one has P tires on a 3rd gen Bronco and hasn’t gotten a flat on some pretty tough 2 track roads.
I switched to Les Scwaab store brand tires on the highway work trucks and BFG 10 plys on my Raptor and work F250

No experience with your posted choices, but a great all terrain tire to check out is the Wild Country XTX Sport. On my second set on a 1500 Z71, pretty happy with their street and off road ability. No hard core mudding for me, just farm use. May not be relevant to a Jeep discussion since mine are on a truck but may be a good option to check out.
