Yes, but it needs to be REALLY significant. A few random cash withdrawals are not going to put you on anyone's radar. There is something called "structuring" that can land you in hot water, but it's not a few, random large-ish cash withdrawals. Don't worry about it when going to your bank and taking out cash, and certainly don't let it prevent you from taking out some of your own money for a "rainy day."
