Ya’ll all be missing the point. These “movies” are not meant to entertain. They are simply, not so subtle attempts to indoctrinate, us unwashed, unwoke, despicables.
The intolerant, would never think of changing stations or watching/participating in anything else, but demand the current activity be changed to thei liking. They simply can’t understand, that we are capable and Willing to use the channel button.

This thread being said, check out Tenet on HBO. It’s how to do a proper action mind fuck movie. Has a black lead role and doesn’t once throw any of this SJ shit in your face. The movie kind of reminds me of inception.

Worst. Acting. Ever.
It takes the cake from the Star Trek Discovery chick that literally has only one gear of range. The black chick basically says 3 words in exactly the same way/tone the entire time, and then just stares at you for 5 seconds. Its like we managed to get an EoE robot to act.
Literally everyone in this is like a Friday night Rhonda Sheer level of B movie actor other than the Black Panther dude.
The scenes and flow of the movie are like 8 people were told to write 1/8th of the movie and they just cut it all together on editing.
It was awful before we even get into the retarded tactics, fucked up weapons/gear and a black LtCmdr female in the field as a SEAL. It was free and I still want a refund.

Read the book +/- 30-40 years ago. Read it again last year.....great read again. Sounds like I need to be glad I didn’t watch movie.

I thought it was alright. Relative to the movies that have been out this year.
Generally skipping around a movie makes hard to follow.
I skip through most movies these days to see what its all about and to check for the wow factors before i watch.
Not making the same mistake i made with the 2012 Amazing Spiderman.
Equality - a squad of 8 Navy Seals can each do 200 push ups. This means the squad as a whole is able to do 1600 push ups worth of work to solve a military problem in X time.
Equity - half of that squad can now only struggle through 50 push ups. Total squad work output drops to 1000 push ups.
The idea is that in the equity model, the soldiers. Umm. Feel? Better about the Equity and these new Equity soldiers bring talents like...something...that the SEALS REALLY needed instead of a 60% growth in overall capability between Equity and Equality.
When a unit with Equity fights a unit with Equality, the unit with Equity is found dead to the last gender neutral circus freak.

The wife and I watched this last night, even though the 3-star rating said "stay away". Complaints about fidelity to the original source material aside - this movie was just awful as a stand-alone work. Shitty acting, shitty writing, shitty directing, no character development, nothing that made me give a shit one way or the other how this ended. The various folks involved in each of the three aforementioned roles have previously generated work that ranges from "quite good" to "at least it didn't totally suck", and Amazon's original releases are usually solid if not spectacular, so I have no idea how this train wreck got approved for release.
I watched it yesterday because I wanted something to poke fun at and I'll agree, it wasn't a good movie, on par with a Bruce Willis direct to on demand movie or anything by Steven Segal, ever. Honestly, it's like the movie was written by teenagers with no knowledge of the military, weapons, flammable materials, or physics, and instead made a live action version of Call of Duty.
I thought the was awesome. I mean sure it was mostly woke as fuck garbage with no real plot and nearly every scene was some sort of inaccurate bullshit.....................but other than that. Well, sure that was the only SEAL team in history led by a 6' lesbian from Wakanda. And then it turns out King Chowchella's arch enemy was her #1 operator.
Yeah it was weird that Mike B Jordan played the same character in both movies and everyone had a cool guy nickname but lacked the balls to use them when they invaded Russia. And Russia only had three police cars, I thought it was a bigger country? It gets weirder when you realize the black lady played Anne Bolen or some shit in an English costume drama and married King Henry VIII, most of history failed to mention he had a thing for darker skinned ladies.
At least Jack Ryan had Naomi Rapace as a German spy, that woman is so frigging hot, I'd watch a two hour movie of her eating peanut butter off a spoon. But, they made Jim Greer a muslim who hates white people and only fights terrorists who ain't muslim cause..............................it's racist to fight muslim terrorists.

I struggled with it. In one of the opening scenes I noticed that one of the "seals" was holding their rifle a little weird. Low and behold, it was the woman.

Read the book and the movie was unrecognizable from the the book. I like how John Kelley lived in some swanky ass house also LOL.
The only thing shared between the two, were the title and the fact that humans were involved. Other than that, NOTHING.
So we here are still of the opinion that a movie of Without Remorse hasn't been made yet. Therefore,,,, there's still hope.

I reread the book every summer while on vacation (along with Jack Bogle on mutual funds). Saw the preview start, then a quickly deflated boner within 10 seconds. I swear Hollywood can f**k up a wet dream.
I agree, weapons handling was awful. But that's not even close to the worst part of the movie. In fact, I couldn't put my finger on the worst part because it all plain sucked. Great job amazon, what could have been a great movie; or better, great series, you ruined by black-washing (did I just coin that) and straying so far from the original story that anything to follow can't be remotely good.

My wife asked if I wanted to watch it. Told her that Tom Clancy had great books, but the movie trailer looked like crap. Just read you guys reviews to her. Glad I didn't waste our time on it.

Unfortunately, if we were to stop buying things from companies that worked against us, you’d literally have to quit partaking in society. I agree it's difficult to avoid them all, but very easy to avoid one or a few. I'm typing this on a MacBook (evil vs evil on plug and play PCs), the wife drives a Subaru (better value for our needs by far than anything the Big Three offer), and my daughter had all things Disney Princess growing up because I'm a sucker for those doe eyes of hers and she was infatuated with them like most little girls get.
There's those who contribute to things I don't like, and then there's Amazon and The Washington Post. People bitch about WalMart, but Amazon is next level ChinaMart, and then there's the ComPost who are leading the charge against all things conservative while turning their back on their own lib hypocrisy.
I may be a tiny drop out of their ocean, but drops add up and honestly, Amazon was the easiest thing to avoid of all the companies I have quit supporting with my dollars.
