a question. the deep state is quilty of many things. they can be seen,caught and punished for much that they have done. there are laws against most of their actions.
their worst crime is abuse of power. that is a rather vague label for which severe punishment should be dispensed. does anyone know a way to formalize that? it is the basis of every crime committed against Americans over the last decades.

RICO would seem to be an appropriate method.
