Night Vision Tube Upgrade

I have an Armasight CO-X with a gen 2 tube that I want to upgrade to a gen 3. I've tried contacting Armasight and after several weeks of waiting finally got a reply from some poor new guy that inherited their CS. He took down my unit's SN and confirmed that it can be upgraded. He said he would get back to me with prices but I haven't heard back.

I'm thinking about doing it myself at this point. Can anyone give me a good source to pick up a tube and perhaps what model numbers to be looking for? Has anyone else tackled a similar project?

Unless you know how to colimate and have the equipment to do so I would highly suggest not undertaking a retune yourself. Send surgeonshooter a pm here on the hide. He is a dealer for armasight and others. He has had armasight build some custom units with his tubes in the past and knows how to navigate their system. He is also a great source for tubes.
