Fixed my eff'd up mounting of my Nikon Monarch 3-12x42SF and still have somewhat of a tunnel effect.
I had to adjust the negative/positive eye way back to get rid of it and I don't notice this on my older Leupold VX2 I have on my other rifle.
I found this post on it:

However, is it common to correct this with huge adjustments in the negative/positive eye?
Also, the Monarch doesn't seem to lock the setting in place, allowing my Butler Creek cap and eyepiece to rotate.
No big deal since I know where "zero" is on it once I install the flip up, but wish I could lock it in. Any trick to this?
