Twist knob vs lever on bipod?

i found it easier to effect torque on a lever as compared to a twist knob.....i'm getting older so likely that functions significantly into the equation.
the lever is a bit more intrusive but a minor issue in my opinion

I've used both and don't think one is more solid than the other. I do prefer the functionality of the RRS lever though (the one that works for pic rails and RRS dovetail). I like that it has the 3 positions, full open (where it just falls off), 1/2 open (where you can slide it fore and aft but it doesn't fall off the dovetail), and fully locked. The lever is definitely faster to adjust or remove when on the clock (ie in a match setting).
