Hey everyone,
just wanted to take a moment and show you a new icon/logo that will be associated with U.S. Optics in the future. We will still be using the original logo/seal, the icon is more for engraving, advertising etc. Think of this as the "SF" that SureFire uses.

Who knew that such a task was going to be such a PITA! Designing and developing the new icon was about a 6 week process with input from everyone and their mother! Sorry Mom, I really did like it.

Many different logos were designed by several people, all of which were great ideas, but nothing that screamed USO. We wanted an icon that said rifle scopes, USA, something that was easily engraved/printed, and be something that everyone could easily relate to.

Finally, when we thought there was no hope, we stumbled on an idea that would prove to finally be a winner! Drum roll please.................

To see what everyone thought of the new icon/logo, we decided to make a batch of USO patches. These are the normal velcro backed patches that most people are selling nowadays. They measure 3" in diameter and come with the opposite side of the velcro so you can sew it to your favorite hat, shirt, ruck etc.

I love it! My wife who is a marketing manager, loves it too. And she says, "Use it consistently and it will serve you well."

She is the "Brand Sheriff" here:

p.s. She also says I can get a tattoo of it if that is okay with you? We don't know where to put it yet....

And BTW, Adrian Peterson will be running full strength for us again this year....

Actually we tried the GAP reticle 1st and it just didn't look right with the numbers on it.
