Pretty much man, it's coming they just started to early.

"Upon further consultation with the Department of Justice and the Office of the Deputy Attorney General, ATF is withdrawing, pending further Department of Justice review" My guess is that simply means that once Biden puts in a new anti-gun US Attorney General, and they appoint a new anti-gun ATF Director and various other DOJ/ATF appointed positions we'll see this again. I'd also bet the wording will be less appealing for gun owners than this first cut was.
