Spotters US Optics Warranty

After a decade of more of use, my US Optics 15-40x60mm FOS ( Field Observation Scope) suffered a failure. The magnification ring froze up and would not function. I contacted US Optics and they immediately sent me a RMA and I sent them the scope. In less than 2 weeks, I received the repaired scope. US Optics has done a complete refurbish of the scope to include updating some components. It is now better than new. I wish to commend US Optics for standing by their products. I wanted Hide members to know my experience that US Optics stands behind their products with an awesome no nonsense warranty. US Optics communication, service and repair are outstanding.

Great to know. I have a few of theirs and like em a lot, especially for the money.

+1, and they're good with their cheap stuff too.

A couple years ago, I had the ocular lens blow out on a TS-25. Within 15 minutes, I had an RMA and a shipping label. That was on a Monday. On Thursday, a TS-20 was delivered, about a $600 upgrade.
