I won't go into the details of my recent experience with Valdada except to say that you can not get better customer support or service. I currently own a 6X24X50 and a 3X18X42 and
I could not be happier with either scope. The other scope companies need to be paying attention to what Valdada is doing and how they are doing it. I don't post often but I wanted to take time to give credit to a great a company.

Re: Valdada Customer Service

same experience here, i had a couple year old scope that needed some attention, send it in with a note and 9 days later got a brand new one. Didn't have the original receipt as requested on their website.
couldn't be happier.

Re: Valdada Customer Service

Different experience here:

I think it's been about a month or two since I sent in my scope as my last phone call was unanswered after leaving a voicemail. I will call again tomorrow...

The last time I did get them on the phone I couldn't get a name and was told that Val was in Romania and "they" were deciding to replace or fix my scope. (I suppose Val had the final YES or NO authority, haven't received the scope back and it's been awhile.)

Scott at Liberty Optics has a stellar reputation though...

I still have all three of them and the one that was replaced is still working perfectly. I am not expecting to use of their CS unless I drop my F class 15lbs rifle on the scope in the garage again.

Re: Valdada Customer Service

I know mechanical things will eventually fail.. but the key is to not need customer service at all. But in the event you do, it's good to hear they take care of you.. well, most of you.

Actually I believe that this thread would have been completely different had Scott not been a part of showing Val what can happen with good CS.

If folks have been around a few years they will realize that a post like the one starting this thread represents a huge paradigm shift in Valdada's business model!!

Well said SB and 100% correct.

Re: Valdada Customer Service

i've never had issues with the function on my Valdada scopes but I recently bought a used one so decided to call to inquire about options, sunshade and tools.
Needless to say I was greeted with open arms like i had bought it from them and they sent all the accessories that usually come in the box for FREE !!!!!

great company

Re: Valdada Customer Service

I have had two customer service situations with Valdada. The first was on my 3-18 SH model scope. Just after receiving and mounting it on my AR-10 it started flaking black paint all over the inside of the tube and lenses. I sent it in and had a new scope in about 5 days.

Last year I pulled my old 25-06 Styer from the safe and realized that the 2.5-10 Valdada on top of it (for 8+ years) had water or some liquid in the tube/lenses. Strange, as it had been in a safe with a dehumidifier for about 3 years without being touched. I wrote Valdada a quick note and dropped it in the mail to them along with the scope. 10 days latter a new 2.5-10 arrived with no questions asked. That’s what I call standing behind your product and taking care of business.

By the way, Scott at Liberty Optics is a great guy. He took care of me on the 3-18 SH model and made sure I had a scope ASAP as I was shooting a match and needed the optic. It’s great when you purchase a product and not only does the manufacturer stand behind it but so does the guy you bought it from. It’s one of the primary reasons why I deal almost exclusively with Scott B. at Liberty Optics.
