I have built some over the top high end video camera set ups that snap over the ocular on NF scopes. You still look through the scope as normal but a beam splitter will let the camera video from 90 degree's. Ends up being about a 1 3/4" cube to the side. To make them affordable for us regular guys I was thinking of stepping down the camera to make them more affordable. It would still be near HD color quality. Is there any thing else like that out there? I cant find anything other than the digital scope with video. What would be the price range?

It's such a great idea that you should get all the IP rights you can. A "go pro" for the hunter/sniper if you will. Can you make a universal mount? I could even see it as useful game film for the competitive shooters. Imagine being able to disect and analyze mirage on video taken through your own scope.

The one's I did were back in 2008. I had not seen anything like it but after posting I found this.

Third Eye from Hooker Tactical but it's really expensive and not even HD... you can see through it as I have one for my Spotter, but I know they make a scope version.
