They changed it to one entrance into the General Assembly last week. A couple thousand people showed up to lobby, it took hours to get through the security. Imagine one point of entrance and 30,000 people show up. There would still be people in line when the event is over. Just surround the block, legally carrying. The optics of the entire Governor's Mansion (on the Capital grounds) and the Capital being surrounded by legally carrying people would be huge.
