We stood at a minimum of 20,000-35,000 strong back in January, that shook the country.
They lost their AWB, and watered down the other bills that with no opposition would have been insane if we had not fought back.
We will see a change, I really believe we will.
Va is not the same place that it was before last year, people, even dems are fed up!

The streets of Richmond where cleaner after Lobby Day than they were before. Totally peaceful event with no damage to buildings or businesses and no one was attacked or killed. VCDL had been doing Lobby Day since 2002/2003 and there have been ZERO problems with any of the attendees committing violence or breaking laws.
On top of that, over 105,000 gun owners had shown up at over 100 local government meetings across the state to push for localities to become Second Amendment Sanctuaries. Not a single violent incident or crime was reported at any of those events. Just gun owners peacefully engaging their government.
Knowing all of that, the Governor and Democrat leadership in the General Assembly responded to Lobby Day 2020 by:

"Now you've sprayed C.S. or O.C. on a member of the General Assembly ..."

- initially resisted allowing VCDL to have its own, more powerful, PA system so that a large crowd could hear what was being said. The locations where we were allowed to put the speakers was less than ideal
- admonishing us in a press conference to keep our rally peaceful (as if that was ever a problem) and how it would let down the people of Virginia if we didn't
- not allowing us to fly a drone in a fixed location just to get a good picture of the expected crowd

Seems to me, 2A is more necessary than ever. So please let us know if these Richmond political creeps try anything fishy again.

The media is making it about the gay wedding. In reality, it was his response to his constituents when questioned about it. His answer was basically that he’ll do whatever he wants and eff you if you don’t like it. In my opinion, that’s the wrong tone to take. He is our representative. I don’t care if he married a couple dudes or if he is married to a dude. When he his aggressively defiant toward a large percentage of the people who elected him, who’s he actually representing besides himself.

Told y’all VA is lost. I’m sorry but unless you all make a hard stance it’s gone. Even if you can get rid of the king it’s unlikely you’ll ever get your rights back. In some ways, I hope it passes and goes to the USSC so we can get this over with. In other ways, I hope it doesn’t. If we can help somehow from afar let us know.

That’s where we differ. I admire your spirit but I feel America is already gone, if not, it won’t be long. Me and my wife were having a conversation the other night. I forgot exactly what we were talking about but in the conversation, she blatantly stated that she thought America was already gone. That’s chilling coming from someone that doesn’t follow all the shit day in and out like we do. An outsider that already thinks the country is toast. Sad times we live in. I’ve already come to the conclusion and actions that I will not follow any laws that are unjust or against the constitution. Whatever and wherever that leads me. It is my duty not to. So, I’m not. They can pass whatever they want. The USSC can interpret whatever they want and I will flat out ignore anything that tries to subjugate my God given rights. There is no room for interpretation there. It’s written in black and white.

I think that they walked away to let the fire die down. They got almost all of their agenda on the very first go around. They let a few inconsequential BS things go as scraps to the dogs. But they got the steak and are going to get the apple pie and ice cream this time.
The AWB is their most important one, so let's get that fire started again!
