Rifle Scopes Vortex 5 or 10 mil turrets

I am contemplating getting a vortex razor but don't have access to the 10 mil turret version. Just wondering how much finer the adjustments are. I assume they will be finer, maybe easier to get lost in the click count as your dialing? Can anyone give me some insight. Should I just get the 5 mil turrets, what's everyone's opinion? Thanks

Just a rev difference. I like the 5 mil per that way I can see where I am at just a bit easier

90% of the time I run the 5mil per rev in comps as it is just easier and quicker for me(numbers are bigger,clicks farther apart).There is just no mistaken where you are in your adjustment. That being said there are a couple of matches where I will run a 10 mil- matches that have a good bit a longer ranges where you would often be above 5 or 6mils(like the Snipers Hide cup this year) and at 308 only matches. Other than that you will see a 5mil turret on my scopes pretty much every other time.

As you know I just sold one of my 2 Razor's. I am going to try the 10mil 1st hand and also still have 1 scope in 5mil turrets. But I have never felt it hindered the scope or function at all with the 5 mil turrets.

Just as Scott explained it is very easy to see your place on the 5mil caps. Also Vortex laid out the turret so that the next rev is just above the existing number. So no having to add etc.

Vortex make a really nice product and the Razor's have served me well the past 2 yrs in competitions.

the click are better then the SWFA SS if u have ever tried those...
