If it is I really over paid lol. Thank you.I heard this one was a Chinese knock off. Lol. Welcome to the fam.
I cant seem to find any, and I am one picky bitch...
I have owned about every precision rimfire out there (no B.S. really everything...) and the Vudoo has no equal. I have owned 2 other rifle that hare close in function and accuracy: a custom Anschutz (that is currently for sale here on the Hide ?) and a Sauer 200 STR that had a 22lr conversion for it (that I should have never sold...). They both function 100% and are crazy accurate (see the 6X5 threads from the years gone by). I am not sure my Vudoo can shoot with the Anschutz but it is very close and I need to test some ammo as opposed to just shooting whatever, but where the Vudoo sets itself apart is the availability of aftermarket components.
Do you have a link to the kit? I didnt see it on their websiteGetting close! Ordered the Bore Tech Vudoo kit yesterday and it shipped. Paid off the rifle yesterday, told 2-3 weeks(was told that 2 wks ago haha)
The Bore Tech kit has everything to hit the ground running, you can add/delete items if you already have them. Even though I have certain items, just got the entire contents.
What brand of shooting mat is that? Is it a RangeMaxx?Playing with the Vudoo V-22 360 on a range that a buddy of mine put together. 13 steel targets from 50m to 350m including a KYL rack from 2” to 1/8”. This thing loves SK Rifle Match. I haven’t even tried the 2 bricks of Center-X that I have.

Sweet looking outfit. I just ordered my tuner tonight.basically at 50yrds 1 small hole for 10 shot group. Really excited to see what I can get at 100yrd.First opportunity to play with my UK built Vudoo'd action rifle , start testing ammunition brands. Unfortunately the rifle's better than me at present re. holding consistent groups at 50 yards, but in saying that Lapua Centre -X seems to be good and the new SK flat nose Match equally so. Will have to use a longer range to set up the tuner, its just bolted on and screwed in a present.

The build concept was a mirror of my 6mm Dasher range rifle so it sits in a Gunwerks Verdict stock. Bartlein barrel, tuned Jewell trigger. Scope's a March 10-60 High Master on the ERATEC mount - who's adjustments match actual POI results

Thoroughly enjoying this rifle.
I agree 100%. It’s rare these days to have everyone at vudoo with the same attitude. Customer support is outstanding!!! I’m still breaking in rifle. Truly far above the rest.Well guy's.... I have compared my V22 to all of my other guns.... Anschutz 64 action, Anschutz 54 actions, Feinwerkbau, Sako.
After owning my Vudoo for nearly two years, dealing with Paul, Jill and Lisa, sending my Gen One in for lot testing I have a comprehensive
list of complaints:
The paint on the logo magazines has flaked off since I have tossed them around carelessly..... Yep...that's the entire list.
The aluminum mags have the logo machined into it. The best way to describe the aluminum magazine is that they are little works of art!
Still, I prefer the poly mags.
And for god sake, buy a Vudoo universal bore guide. Vudoo wants you to rotate the brush to remove the carbon ring. Then you push it down the axis. I own a guide for nearly every gun I own. It turns a tedious stinking chore into a simple task that I don't even mind doing.
I have done welding, machining and for 30 years did mechanical design. I tend to be a very picky bastard with very high expectations. As I think of what it takes to concept, design and manufacture any product, I can say the people at Vudoo have done an outstanding job through every phase of the process.
If you were to focus in on one part of the BA, say the magazine well, you would think that it's a simple rectangular hole. At first glance that's even the way it appears.
But after closer inspection you would notice very shallow chamfers of about 5 degrees that go about 3mm deep. Oh. they probably could have gotten away with squared edges and a slightly bigger hole but they chose better quality and better design practices over "that's good enough" thinking. If you looked at the smallest of pieces, say the extractor and stabilizer fingers, you would notice that they have wire cut profile and are ground top and bottom. The contours are all very well defined and crisp. I compare that to the Anschutz fingers and find them to be cheap metal stamping with edges that are compressed and rolled over from the stamping process.
You cant even compare the two... it's ridiculous.
So you folks that haven't been immersed in design or machining your entire life, you can smile to yourself and know that you have bought a very well made piece of equipment. I can assure you that you will never fully appreciate the quality of your rifle. And the customer service has also been outstanding in every regard. Thank you Jill.
Most of the time I'm the guy that is going to look at a product and beat it up badly even if I have to search for it's flaws. With the Vudoo, even after very close and detailed inspection, for all intents and proposes they just don't exist. To me paying $1800.00 for a BA your actually a bargain.
I'm not going to attempt to evaluate the Cerakote because that is not my area of expertise. That said, mine looked consistent in terms of material coverage and It all had the same level of gloss. No orange peel or other defects were observed. After two years, I did send the bolt back in for a re-coat to freshen it up. I like to keep my things in like new condition if possible.
Mine started with a TTD flat blade trigger but ultimately the curved blade felt much nicer to me. I had Vudoo set mine to 4 oz. which is it's low end. The way she sits in the photo she is just over 18 pounds. That includes the four front weight sets, the rear stock weight and bag rider.
jBell.... I was recently talking with a guy from Finland and he had a Sauer 200 STR and showed me some very impressive results with his. I looked it up for a photo and your right, you should have kept yours. Great looking rifle.
ADDED NOTE: I bought a 500 round ammo box and they are very nice. The outer box is of good quality and it comes with a built in vent.
The latches have holes for locks but they also have cam levers to aid in the latch opening procedure. The top layer has a stainless steel sheet bonded to foam to retain the ammo and the Vudoo logo appears to be laser etched on the steel. It will house ten round poly and aluminum magazines. IT WONT house the 12 round mags. FYI....
Yes! Looks great!!FINALLY got to join the cool kids' club.

Yes! Looks great!!
This is my next setup. Let me know how it balances and what model of spuhr Mount is on it.
Also, I was debating about asking Manners to moving back the bottom about a 1/4 inch since the gap between the grip and the trigger guard is significant..
Hmm, from my inquiry, it's possible to move it .400-.500 back closer to the grip.I asked Manners to do that, and they said that there were some difficulties in doing that. I ended up selling my Manners PRS-TCS.
With no weights on the back, and all 7 weights in the arca rail, and the bipod off the front, the rifle would balance in front of the mag well... and it was hefty.

Running into an issue with my 360 where I can't get the bolt in. When I press down on the silver button it doesn't fully retract on the inside. There's maybe 1mm or less that still sticks out on the inside. Am I missing something or just short a few brain cells as it's been driving me insane for the past hour. Should I file it down a bit on the inside?
Edit: On another note the markings on the action read V22. Is that normal? I thought it would read Three 60.
Seems like I need to keep the button depressed to insert the bolt.Bolt back in action? On my standard Vudoo I just push the bolt in. No need to push the bolt release to reinsert. Is the 360 different due to the three lugs?
Post a pic of how it’s being pushed. Pushing the bolt release should pivot it out of the way of the bolt so if it was removed it should be able to be replaced.Seems like I need to keep the button depressed to insert the bolt.
When I depress the button it doesn't pivot the piece on the inside out all the way. There's maybe 1mm or less sticking out still. Is that the same for you?Seems like I need to keep the button depressed to insert the bolt.
My lugs are in the exact same position however the handle is at more of a 3:00 position. I'll try to see if I can get it at a 2:00 tomorrow as I'm not home right now. The main issue is think is that the inside piece doesn't retract 100% when I depress the button. One of the corners in all the way in but the other one sticks out a bit. I'll try to get a photo of it tomorrow to post. Will also try to push it in from the inside through the ejection port but that isn't really a long term fix imho even if it works. If I push this button in, the corresponding 'tit' (for lack of a better word) moves out of the way 100%, it's too dark to get a picture of but I suspect you know what I mean, Rob.
Yeah, bolt unlocked would definitely make it difficult to insert.

So when I insert my bolt, the bolt handle is up (2:00) & I've got lugs at 12:00, 4:00 & 8:00. That should tell you if your bolt is unlocked & ready to go back in.

On another note I didn't receive a magazine loader tool with my order (Canadian dealer, end of June export). A friend of mine got his a few weeks ago and it came with one. I was under the impression that all the recent shipments would be getting one to help load the magazine correctly.
It’s this 3D printed thing they ship now because people were pulling the tabs too far down and rimlocking the rounds. What the hell is a mag loader? Mags got tabs to pull down the follower. Where does a mag loader come in on a Vudoo mag?
That's true, I did not think about that. Good thing I read your reply before doing that and possibly be stuck with a bolt I can't remove.I wouldn't insert the bolt by reaching through the ejection port cause how are you ever going to get it back out?
On my bolt stop the top to bottom is angled to match the action walls when depressed, but from front to back those edges are completely straight (once again matching the action walls). All 4 side walls on my bolt stop are completely flat. Which corner sticks out on yours, assuming it's the one facing the back of the action?
Mine didn't come with a mag loader either. So you're not alone there
@J-HamPost a pic of how it’s being pushed. Pushing the bolt release should pivot it out of the way of the bolt so if it was removed it should be able to be replaced.
Have you tried to just push it in? Maybe @RAVAGE88 can help out.
There is a video from Vudoo on how to load the mags, before there was a mag loader. Do that and you won’t need it or have problems. Otherwise if anyone wants one of my mag loaders you can PM me and I can send it to you.Is there a video on this mag loader and it's function in relation to "rim locking" somewhere?
