F T/R Competition wanting to get started

i'm hoping to get started in f-class open. I'm hoping to build up a 6.5x47 Lapua or .260 Rem. my question is this: are there any restrictions on what stock you can have? I didn't see anything in the NRA rules but that doesn't mean there isn't any restrictions.

There are restriction(s), though not many.

Portion of stock that rides front rest is limited to 3" or 76mm.

What stock were you looking to run?

A boyd's laminate thumbhole, and then i'll be boring out the action screw holes and doing a full bedding job with aluminum pillars.
