Watches with count down timer

Looking for a new watch. Have used g-shocks in the past but looking to see what else is out there. Don’t need all the fancy gps, altimeter, baro ect. Just need a clock, stop watch and count down timer. Don’t have a preference of digital or analog. Want something with good battery life, water resistant for swimming but not diving.

Budget under $500 but would prefer under $300

I think literally every digital watch made since 1982 has a countdown timer.

But, just get a Casio DW5600E for like $42. It's the standard classic digital watch.
